Oasis arranges commercial insurance in two ways. For some of our specialist schemes we act as a coverholder under delegated authority from the insurer, with authority to underwrite and arrange cover within agreed criteria. If your business falls outside a scheme's criteria, the same enquiry moves to our broking route, where we act on your behalf and seek cover from the insurers and markets available to us, using the information you have already given so you do not start again.
We will always make it clear in which capacity we are acting and who the insurer is before your insurance is arranged.
